Since childhood, I have been naturally curious, always seeking logical explanations behind everything rather than accepting things at face value. This analytical mindset helped me excel academically and professionally, but it did not prepare me for parenthood—a role deeply influenced by tradition and personal experience.
Despite reading countless parenting books and online guides, I often felt overwhelmed and uncertain—until I discovered Parents First. Their approach, which blends science and art, transformed my perspective. Parenting is not just about logic and knowledge; it also requires emotional well-being and a positive mindset to raise happy, well-rounded children. More importantly, I learned that parenting should not feel like a sacrifice but a fulfilling and enjoyable journey.

As a full-time professional, a mother, and the principal of two Deemcee centers, I am now embracing an exciting new role—sharing the Parents First approach with others. There was a time when I saw myself as just an ordinary person—no privileged background, no extraordinary career, and no dramatic life experiences. But looking back, I realize how truly blessed I am. I grew up in a modest yet harmonious family, never lacking in essentials, and because of this, I had a simple dream from a young age—to build a happy family of my own, just like my parents did.
Driven by a deep curiosity about human nature, I pursued a degree in psychology and explored various fields, including factory administration, special education, and insurance administration. These experiences not only broadened my perspective but also shaped a more grounded and appreciative mindset, helping me cherish the simple joys in life.
As my career flourished, so did my family—from two to three, then four. Becoming a parent, I knew I didn’t want to follow traditional parenting methods, but I struggled to find the right approach. That’s when I discovered Parents First and its science-and-art-based parenting philosophy. I realized that parenting can be fun, and raising children doesn’t mean sacrificing ourselves—we can all thrive together!
Today, I apply this approach not only with my own children but also in early childhood education. Through this platform, I hope more parents can experience stress-free parenting. Together, let’s create happy childhoods and loving families—starting with us!
I have always longed for freedom and once believed that marriage was not for me. I feared the constraints of family life, thinking that adding responsibilities to my uncertain path would only make things worse. The weight of that responsibility felt overwhelming, and I kept running from it.
Everything changed when I got married and had children. Seeing my newborn for the first time, a thought struck me: “I cannot let this precious life be ruined in my hands.” That moment woke me up. I knew I couldn’t raise my child within rigid traditions or follow outdated, unscientific parenting methods. I needed a structured, research-backed approach. That’s when I found Parents First. It reshaped my understanding of parenting, helping me connect with my inner self and my child’s emotional world. I realized parenting doesn’t have to feel like a heavy burden—it can be a joyful journey.
Just like a company needs systems, planning, and teamwork to succeed, parenting also requires knowledge, communication, and guidance. I’ve fallen in love with early childhood education, and it pains me to see children miss their golden years of learning.

With ten years of experience in production management, covering procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics, I understand the importance of having efficient systems. The same applies to parenting—having a structured system allows parents to feel confident and prepared rather than overwhelmed.
