Parents First provides education programmes, parenting courses, certification programmes, online and offline classes, HRDF / HRD Corp claimable training, workshops, interviews, and related learning services. No physical shipping is required unless a physical product is specifically stated.
1. Service Fulfilment
After successful payment confirmation, customers will receive confirmation or access to the purchased course, module, training, workshop, certification programme, interview arrangement, online class, offline class, or related service according to the service details provided at the time of purchase.
2. Fulfilment Method
Service access or confirmation may be provided through:
- Website form or booking confirmation
- Email confirmation
- WhatsApp or phone confirmation
- Interview arrangement
- Online class link
- Manual activation or confirmation by the Parents First team
- Course, class, module, training, or programme confirmation
3. Fulfilment Time
Service access or confirmation is normally provided within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment, unless stated otherwise.
4. No Physical Shipping For Services
As Parents First mainly provides courses, trainings, certifications, workshops, interviews, and learning services, physical shipping is not applicable unless a physical product is specifically purchased.
5. Physical Products
Parents First does not sell physical products directly through the website. Physical shipping is not applicable for course, training, certification, workshop, interview, or learning service purchases.
If physical products are sold directly through the Parents First website in the future, shipping fees, delivery area, and delivery timeframe will be stated before payment is completed.
If book orders are handled by an external platform such as Shopee, the order, payment, delivery, refund, and return handling may be subject to the external platform’s terms and policies.
6. Issues With Access or Confirmation
If you do not receive access, confirmation, or follow-up after payment, please contact Parents First with your payment receipt or transaction reference.
