Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 28 April 2026

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to purchases and registrations made from Parents First, including courses, classes, modules, certifications, trainings, workshops, interviews, online or offline learning access, and related services.

1. General Policy

Customers are advised to review all course details, pricing, schedules, duration, eligibility, assessment requirements, interview requirements, certification requirements, and service details before making payment.

Parents First generally maintains a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy once a course registration and payment have been confirmed.

This is because the participant’s seat is reserved immediately upon successful payment, and course materials, administrative arrangements, and trainer allocations are made in advance.

2. Transfer Request by Customer

Participants who are unable to attend their registered session may request a one-time transfer to a future available intake by contacting Parents First at parentsfirst2u@gmail.com or +6014-685 7273.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days before the scheduled course commencement date.

Duplicate payment is refundable after verification by Parents First.

Fees and payments are non-refundable once course registration and payment have been confirmed.

Courses, modules, certification programmes, trainings, and programme access are subject to the validity period, class schedule, progression requirement, eligibility requirement, and terms stated at the time of purchase.

Unused access, missed classes, expired programmes, or incomplete certification pathways may not be refundable unless otherwise approved by Parents First in writing.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may depend on senangPay, banks, card issuers, or payment providers.

8. Course Changes by Parents First

Parents First reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course, class, module, training, workshop, interview, programme, or service due to operational reasons, technical issues, trainer availability, insufficient registration, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.
