Welcome to Parents First (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, registering for a programme, booking a course, purchasing training access, or making payment through our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Parents First provides parenting education, scientific and artistic parenting courses, professional parenting certification, communication and social science programmes, leadership and self-awareness training, HRDF / HRD Corp claimable training, online and offline learning programmes, and related services.
Our services may include 4Q Parenting Course, 4Q Professional Certification, 5Q Quantum Communication and Social Science, Professional Diploma in 6Q Quantum Communication and Social Science, Inner Voice Mastery, HRDF claimable leadership programmes, workshops, interviews, consultations, learning sessions, and related services.
All services are subject to availability, eligibility, schedule confirmation, assessment requirements, interview requirements, and successful payment confirmation.
2. Registration and Customer Information
Customers may be required to provide accurate personal information when registering, booking, submitting an enquiry, joining an interview, purchasing a course, or making payment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Eligibility and Admission
Some Parents First programmes may require preliminary workshops, assessments, interviews, previous course completion, or approval before enrolment.
Programme acceptance, class placement, certification pathway, and progression may depend on the requirements stated for each course or programme.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless stated otherwise.
Payments may be processed through senangPay or other approved payment methods. A transaction is considered successful only after payment confirmation is received.
Where courses, modules, certifications, trainings, or programmes are purchased, the purchase will be subject to the relevant programme details, validity period, schedule, and terms stated by Parents First.
5. Course Access and Programme Fulfilment
After successful payment and confirmation, customers will receive access or confirmation for the purchased course, class, module, training, certification, interview, workshop, or related service according to the stated programme arrangement.
Access may be provided through email, WhatsApp, online class link, interview arrangement, manual confirmation, or other methods communicated by Parents First.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or terminate any registration, booking, course access, programme access, interview, or service if incorrect information, misuse, misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms is detected.
7. Health and Suitability Notice
Some Parents First courses are educational and developmental in nature and are not intended as counselling, therapy, medical treatment, healing, or mental health treatment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing programme suitability notes before registration. If unsure, customers should seek professional advice before joining.
8. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review the policy before making payment.
9. Changes to Programmes or Services
We may update, modify, postpone, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue any course, class, module, interview, training, workshop, programme, or service where necessary.
Any major changes affecting paid customers will be communicated through the available contact details.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect customer information, third-party payment issues, internet interruptions, system downtime, class schedule changes, programme changes, platform issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
